While organizing and staging your home, we set aside personal documentation and family pictures--always handling your treasures with respect. We will appraise everything with confidence; this is done through our staff or independent specialized appraisers. We also take care of donations!

We work closely with your realtor in selling the home. Our sales are great open houses for those looking in your neighborhood. If you don't have a realtor, we can recommend several of the various realtors with whom we work.

Why Should I Have An Estate Sale?

Estate Sales enable you to make more money for your estate than an auction. Donating is wonderful, but can be done after the sale.

Don't throw anything away, or donate...yet! We will do that for you. Often people donate or throw away items that are in fact great for generating money for the estate. (Would you believe an old menu could be worth money?)
